I gained some weight (fat), but love my shape. However, I’m not as toned as I used to be and need some advice. I’m 5’6 and 123lbs. I used to be 105-110lbs (varied depending on stress levels, etc), but did not look healthy; everyone said I was too skinny. So I gained weight after eating chinese food each and every day (took 7 months to gain 13lbs), and now I am unhappy with the excess fat. How can I KEEP the shape, but lose the fat and replace it with muscle. I do NOT want a boyish shape.
