A Kettbell Complex is a series of compound exercises performed one after another where all the reps for one exercise are performed before moving to the next exercise. Complexes are a great way to add lean muscle and lose fat while adding variety and a challenging program of exercises to your routine. This complex involves 3 reps of each of the following exercises the Kettlebell Snatch, The Kettlebell Squat, The Kettlebell Press, The Kettlebell One-Arm Swing and The Kettlebell Hand-2-Hand Switch. All reps are performed on one side of the body before a hand-2-hand switch, then reps for the other side.
