How does this diet menu sound?

I want to get more fit and lose weight. I exercise regulary (treadmill and weight bench)Breakfast – Honey Nut Cheerios / Rasin Bran with milkLunch – Plain tuna with diced pickels in a whole wheat rollDinner – Steamed salmon with pepper and lemon juice and some veggiesSnacks – Pretzels, low fat yogurt, and fruit
