Getting married in six weeks and am starting a low caloric diet ranging from 800-1100 calories a day. I want to run two miles am and two more after work in the evening. Will i lose weight?

The best way to gain muscle mass is actually very easy in theory. There is a lot of simple methods you can apply to grow muscle, but you probably don’t know them. Most people that lift weights with the intention of putting on muscle really don’t know what they’re doing and inevitably fail within a few months. I used to think I’d get ripped if I did barbell curls with the largest weight I could do. Let’s just say, it didn’t happen. It wasn’t until I sat down and actually studied the scientific way of gaining muscle mass, that I actually achieved great success. I’m going to share a little of what I’ve learned to help you out. Diet is an important part to gaining muscle mass. You need to have a very good diet to insure the most muscle is being built at any given time. Most people just workout at the gym, and that’s it. If you want good results, you have to workout and come home to follow a stellar diet. Your muscles will only grow as good as your diet, so you should have an extremely good one.
The gym is the final part of building muscle. Once you have your diet down, you need to get your gym session down. Having the proper exercises is important to success, that is why I recommend you start doing deadlifts, squats and other compound exercises. Have you noticed there are people that spend over an hour in the gym, but never break a sweat? They don’t know how to build muscle. Intensity is the key to building muscle. That is why I have short 7 minute workouts, that are intense. They grow muscle.

I already diet and exercise but I seem to put on muscle more easily than I do burning off the fat. What is the best way to burn fat?
My current diet is a low carb, low fat diet (im a diabetic so naturally I am always dieting)
Currently I kickbox, run, dance, hike and mountain bike.

This is hypothetical –

I was in the drugstore yesterday and I saw a package of 7 bottles of diet shots that will help you lose weight if you drink one everyday with a balanced meal & excercise and it was ironically sitting next to a bottle of epicac (not intentionally, i think someone else was going to buy the epicac and then opted not to, coincidentally setting it down on this particular shelf)

If someone wanted to lose weight which one would be more detrimental to their health, bulemia or a “7-day shot diet”
