There are foods to lose weight in terms of helping you avoid eating junk or low density nutrient foods. But please understand there is no such a thing if you eat a certain type of food it will make you lose weight.
OK, after we got that out of the way, now let us talk about the good choices of foods to help you lose weight through healthy and delicious choices.
Breakfast Foods to Lose Weight
-Raw honey or maple syrup on minimally processed oatmeal with whole milk.
-Two whole eggs cooked with vegetables like green, red, or yellow peppers, onions, broccoli, or similar leafy veggies.
Lunch Dinner Foods to Lose Weight
-Piece of cooked fish, chicken (dark or white, or even better mix them up), or beef with a small potato and some butter on it.
- Turkey or beef wrap stuffed with vegetables like tomatoes and green leafy veggies and unprocessed whole milk cheese.
Dinner Foods to Lose Weight
-Red meat burger, but without the buns, and a nice big bowl of salad with olive oil and vinegar dressing.
Ground turkey with a small portion of brown rice and vegetables, like, Brussels sprouts, okra, or green beans.
Snacks Foods to Lose Weight
-Mixed raw nuts
-Frozen fruits such as grapes, cherries, and bananas.
-Spoonful of peanut butter (not processed, but just peanut butter with or without salt) with an apple.
-Dried organic figs, dates, mangos, or bananas with a stick of unprocessed cheese.
-Whole milk yogurt (with no sugar added, just plain yogurt) with some fresh or frozen berries.
-Sunflower seeds with dried raisins.
-Avocado and with some lemon juice and a pinch of sea salt.
Here you have an example of what I suggest to women clients, and they are surprised about some of the foods I recommend; but I do advocate eliminating processed foods, and I also recommend consuming whole milk dairy foods. You see fat in whole foods is good for you, but this is for another article or I should say a book!
