Me preacher curling a 70 lb dumbbell. I know the ROM isn’t full, I’m not dumb. I use a combination of heavy weights with decreased ROM and lighter weights with full ROM for a better combination to build mass, as both ROM/heaviness are good for building it.

i’m 5′9 and weigh about 125 and i work out all the time..like 3-6 mile runs. sit ups and crunches everyday,and lifting weights for reps. ..but latley i’ve stopped gaining muscle like in my stomach and stuff..does my diet have anything to do with it?

i run for 100 mins a day.
i do 10 sets for my arms
